HARALD PIHL is a family company with a long history. The company was founded in 1912 and is still today, over 100 years later, managed by the third and fourth generation of the Pihl family. When HARALD PIHL was founded in the beginning of the 20th century, the company traded with a wide range of alloys and metals. Today we are more focused on alloys with unique characteristics - alloys that meet very specific demands and can handle extreme environments.

Täby, Stockholm, Sweden

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a part of the inside sales team and report to the Inside Sales Manager. You and the rest of the team will take care of the customer’s journey with HARALD PIHL, from quotation to final delivery. You will also make sure to support our sales team with the necessary tools to improve sales performance. Customer and Team satisfaction should always be a top priority.

  • Quotations
  • Order placement
  • Handling of project orders
  • Handling of call-off orders
  • Handling invoices for purchased material
  • Reply to emails in the generel inbox
  • Support our sales department with the necessary tools to grow and gain more customers
  • Stay informed on customer needs and market trends to help HARALD PIHL have an optimal market fit

Requirements

  • Completed education in a relevant field
  • Great intrest in technology
  • Previous work experience from a position where customer service and administration has been central
  • Speaks and writes both Swedish and English at a very high level
  • A strong drive to accomplish goals and reach targets
  • An upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt and change priorities when schedules are changing
